چکیده
Introduction Frozen embryo transfer is associated with a higher rate of live birth and lower risk for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in women polycystic ovary (PCOS) compared fresh transfer. The aim this study to assess the optimal endometrial preparation protocol PCOS undergoing frozen Material methods We conducted historical cohort analysis 1720 who underwent “freeze-all” strategy between August 2014 2017 because their high syndrome. Three protocols were used: natural cycle (NC; n = 191), which relies on dominant follicle secrete estrogen that then promotes growth; stimulation (OS; 96), induces growth using low doses human menopausal gonadotropin; hormone replacement (HRT; 1433), uses exogenous estradiol promote growth. primary outcome was birth. Results For received single transfer, rates NC, OS, HRT groups 62.4%, 65.0%, 52.2%, respectively. group significantly than seen OS NC (P .009). clinical pregnancy three 72.3%, 73.8%, 64.9%, respectively; difference did not reach statistical significance .071). Conclusions regimens undergo single-blastocyst

Effect of aerobic training in women with polycystic ovary syndrome
Introduction: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder amongst women of reproductive age and is associated with various metabolic perturbations. Chronic low grade inflammation has been reported to participate in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome. In this study we examined the effects of 8 weeks aerobic training on serum C-reactive protein level and cardiometab...

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrinopathy associated with infertility and metabolic disorder in women of reproductive age. Although the clinical and biochemical features are heterogeneous with individuals, the most widely accepted clinical characteristics of PCOS are oligo- or anovulation combined with hyperandrogenism. With the higher rate of implantation failure after...
متن کاملThe Effect of Sitagliptin on Inflammatory Mediators in the Ovary of Rat with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Background and Aims: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine and metabolic disease in females of reproductive age and is a significant infertility cause. Inflammation plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of PCOS. The present study evaluated whether sitagliptin, dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor, attenuates inflammatory markers C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin(IL)-6, tumor necro...

The Effect of Insulin Resistance on In-Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer in Women without Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Purpose: Insulin resistance (IR) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); therefore, insulin-sensitizing agents are widely used to improve IR in women with PCOS. However, whether IR in patients without PCOS should be treated remains uncertain. This study aims to clarify whether IR in patients without PCOS affects the outcomes of in-vitro fertilization-emb...
